1. Soliciting Dear Ola's advice

Whether you are a user-account-holder on the site or not, you may send an email to Dear Ola to ask for advice on any problem. The email address is FreeAdvice@DearOla.com.

The advice is free. The problem on which you seek advice and Dear Ola's advice will be published on the site. Your mail may be edited before publication.

You may opt for a paid, confidential advice, however. In which case the problem and advice are not published; the advice is emailed to you. The fee is one hundred and twenty-four US dollars and ninety-nine cents. And the email address to use is PaidAdvice@DearOla.com.

Please read the Refund policy. Your solicitation of a confidential advice from Dear Ola constitutes your acceptance of the Refund policy.

2. Reading the problems and advice and users' comments

Whether you are a user-account-holder on the site or not, you may read the problems, and Dear Ola's advice on them, published on the site. You may also read the users' comments on the problems, published on the site.

3. Commenting on the problems and viewing users' profiles

If you create a user account, which is free, on the site, you may in addition to items 1 and 2 above

comment, on the site, on the problems published on the site; and
view the profiles of the commenters and other user-account-holders on the site.

A comment should not contain hate speech.
