1. Definition of a word

In this Terms of use of DearOla.com, "Terms" means this Terms of use of DearOla.com.

2. Who may use DearOla.com and who may solicit Dear Ola's advice

You may use DearOla.com and may solicit Dear Ola's advice only if

you are not barred from these activities under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you live, and
you agree to be bound by this Terms.

3. Privacy

Please read the Privacy and cookie policy, which you must also consent to, to use DearOla.com and to solicit Dear Ola's advice.

4. What you may do

4.1 Whether you are a user-account-holder on DearOla.com or not, you may send an email to Dear Ola to ask for advice on any problem. The email address is FreeAdvice@DearOla.com.

The advice is free. The problem on which you seek advice and Dear Ola's advice will be published on DearOla.com. Your mail may be edited before publication.

You may opt for a paid, confidential advice, however. In which case the problem and advice are not published; the advice is emailed to you. The fee is one hundred and twenty-four US dollars and ninety-nine cents. And the email address to use is PaidAdvice@DearOla.com.

Please read the Refund policy, which you must also accept, to solicit confidential advice from Dear Ola.

4.2 Whether you are a user-account-holder on DearOla.com or not, you may read the problems, and Dear Ola's advice on them, published on DearOla.com. You may also read the users' comments on the problems, published on DearOla.com.

4.3 If you create a user account, which is free, on DearOla.com, you may in addition to items 4.1 and 4.2 above

comment, on the website, on the problems published on the website; and
view the profiles of the commenters and other user-account-holders on the website.

5. Responsibility for your user account

If you create a user account on DearOla.com, keep your user account's password confidential. You are responsible for your user account.

6. What you may not do

6.1 You may not do anything that could disable, overwhelm, impair, or deface DearOla.com.

6.2 Anything that you post on DearOla.com may not include hate speech.

6.3 Photo that you upload to DearOla.com may not reveal the genitalia.

7. Content removal and user account termination

7.1 The owner of DearOla.com may remove anything that you post on DearOla.com that breaches this Terms.

7.2 The owner of DearOla.com may close your user account on DearOla.com if you breach this Terms.

7.3 You may at any time delete a comment or the photo that you have posted on DearOla.com.

7.4 You may at any time close your user account on DearOla.com.

8. Disclaimers

DearOla.com and Dear Ola's advice are provided "AS IS". THE OWNER OF DEAROLA.COM MAKES NO GUARANTEES WHATSOEVER ABOUT THEM, INCLUDING ABOUT THEIR AVAILABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OWNER OF DEAROLA.COM DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OWNER OF DEAROLA.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR

ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA,
ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR
ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE DEAROLA.COM OR FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE DEAR OLA'S ADVICE.

10. Revisions of this Terms

This Terms will be revised when necessary. When it is revised, the revision will be announced in a notice on DearOla.com. DearOla.com's user-account-holders may also be informed by email. And the Terms will always carry the date of the latest revision. Your continued use of DearOla.com, after a revision of the Terms, constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Severability

If a provision of this Terms is or becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect

the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this Terms, or
the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision of this Terms.
